    Role Description:


    Senior Project Manager – PMO Innovation and Lead PMis responsible for the successful planning and execution of Loftwareproject management and implementation, portfolio management, processinnovation, and team development.

    This role manages the factors that governproject and program success; the management and delivery of tasks withintime, scope and budget as well as delivering functionality agreed to withinthe initiatives.

    The role provides project management implementation and oversight ofLoftware projects and assures that sound project management processes arecreated, implemented, monitored and maintained across the company.

    The ideal candidate is an experienced and motivated project manager,team player, excellent communicator, and creative mind who thinks outsidethe box.


    Responsibilities:
    Project management to implement Loftware projects to customers.
    Project portfolio monitoring and control.
    Actively provide project management support to project delivery teamswith the goal of improving internal team growth and projectperformance.
    Create, innovate, improve, document, and educate on new processes,templates, and SOPs.
    Understand the foundations of Loftware technical systemsarchitecturalPrepare detailed project plans and strategic plans for multi-phaseinitiatives.
    Ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule,budget and quality standards.

    Provide remote guidance to delivery teams by building and motivatingteam members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities,Loftware best practices, processes, methodologies and projectmilestones.

    Manage initiative scope, time management and changes per programscope.
    Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved team membersthroughout program life cycle.

    Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test anddeployment management Autonomously work with reports, ideally largelyautomated via Professional Services Automation (PSA) system.
