Exciting Opportunity to join Reds10 as a Senior Site Manager for a project for the Department of Education in Wombourne

Reds10 is an off-site construction specialist, providing clients with a full turnkey service to design, finance, build, equip, fit out, operate and hire modular buildings.

The role of Senior Site Manager at reds10

To ensure quality control checks and the inspection of work carried out.
Overall responsibility for the day-to-day running on site of a Reds10(UK)Ltd construction project to keep within the timescale and budget of a project, and resolve any delays or problems encountered on-site during the project.
Programming sub-contractor requirements in order to ensure the site is adequately resourced at all times, and programmes are updated and met.

The accoutabilities of Senior site manager at Reds10:

Delivery of the agreed profitability for the project.
Ensure customers get the full benefit of Reds10's offsite construction solutions
Attending compulsory training sessions and actively working towards objectives.

SMSTS qualification essential
* · CSCS Black/White card essential

Ideally hold an HND/NVQ in Construction Management or similar industry-related subject
