    Liberty HR Recruitment are absolutely delighted to be working exclusively with our client to gain a People Coordinator on an initial 4-week FTC. This role is full time and based on the outskirts of Southampton.

    The main purpose of the role is to support all aspects of the HR function.

    Some of your duties will include:

  • Recruitment of new staff to the business and responsible for the whole recruitment cycle.
  • Undertake referencing and DBS checks.
  • Support the administration for training of employees.
  • Produce reports, contracts of employment, offer letters and other documents as required.
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees.
  • Update and maintain employee information and records on the database.
  • Manager the HR mailbox.
  • Provide query resolution and general HR administrative duties.
  • Previous HR related experience is imperative for the role and as a person you will be flexible, organised, have excellent communication skills, be a great team player and IT literate.

    This role reports directly into a wonderful Senior People Partner and the salary will be up to £26,000 (pro rata) depending on experience. This role also benefits from free parking.
