    Trust Payments have an exciting opportunity for a Network Operations Centre (NOC) Analyst to join the team.

    Location: Bromley

    Job Type: Hybrid, 24/7 shifts including weekends (anyantisocial hours can be worked from home)

    Reporting to: NOCTeam Leader

    Network Operations Centre (NOC) Analyst - The Role:

    The NOC Analyst is responsible for monitoring the availabilityand performance of Trust Payments systems and services, both internaland customer facing, on a 24/7 basis.

    The role holderwill assess and investigate any issues, co-ordinating with internalteams and 3rd parties to ensure they address them both directly andthrough escalation processes.

    Given the 24/7 nature of thisactivity, shift work is expected.

    Network Operations Centre(NOC) Analyst - Key Responsibilities:

    The NOCAnalyst will:

    Provide 24/7 monitoring services for a complexset of internal and 3rd party systems, processes, applications andconnections

    Monitor the reachability of all connectionswithin the network, initiating troubleshooting to address any failures

    Analyse process and system functions and failures to quicklyisolate and define problems

    Communicate throughout any event,ensuring internal and external parties (including customers) are keptup to date

    Track usage and maintain a trend analysis ofsystem load, usage, and responses, allowing for proactiveidentification of issues

    Perform diagnostic analyses of theapplication, network & related systems as and when required

    -Provide on-site and remote technical services as necessary to ensurecontinuing monitoring

    Organise and prioritise their ownworkload, in line with business requirements

    Work with theirline manager to provide necessary documentation & reporting on actionsrequired/taken, including root cause analysis of issues

    -Contribute to the management of disaster recovery processes, providingsupport within any incident as required and directed by the incidentmanager

    Comply with all legislation and codes of practiceappropriate to the role

    Previous experiencewithin a NOC environment or similar, on AWS or equivalent platforms.

    Previous experience working and troubleshooting in aLinux/Unix environment.

    Demonstrable ability to problem solveboth proactively and reactively.

    Ability to prioritise ownworkload.

    Background in technology andknowledge of the Payment Business Industry

    Understanding ofPayment system capabilities and features
