    • Assemble creative and innovative event attractions.
    • Plan, oversee and report on event spend.
    • Manage exhibition stands and arrival dates for materials such as merchandise, booth set up and tear down or show floor schedules.
    • Collaborate with divisional marketing teams to develop sales collateral & marketing campaigns.
    • Organise off-site events for client meetings, dinners and other client relationship building opportunities.
    • Deliver event evaluation, lessons learnt and ROI tracking.
    • Train, supervise, and work with event staff, to solicit and book catering functions, as well as the planning, merchandising and execution of the functions.
    • Oversee client experiences from conception through post-event review; manage on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown; and ensure consistent, high-level service throughout all phases.
    • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of industry contacts, vendors, and venues.
    • Troubleshoot any issues that arise on event day.

    Key skills and experience required

    • Exceptional project management skills and ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Previous experience working with and closely managing vendors.
    • The ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask under pressure.
    • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
    • Experience with marketing campaign tactics.
    • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to excel both as an individual contributor and team player.
