We are seeking a strategic, experienced Media Solutions Lead for one of our flagship clients. This role requires comprehensive media agency experience, particularly in planning and buying. The Lead will manage a team of Media Solutions professionals, fostering collaboration within the team and with other departments.Reporting to the EMX Head of Media Solutions, the Lead will also participate in the Essence EMEA Media leadership teams.
Lead a team of 50+ media practitioners across multiple offices and disciplines
Manage risks & opportunities for all channels across the team, including escalating necessary issues
Drive revenue across this key client account and support business growth initiatives (such as pitching) in the EMEA region
Develop strong relationships with key clients and suppliers, leading team communications with these stakeholders and the Digital Accelerator
Contribute to agency-wide continuous improvement projects regarding processes and quality standards
Promote collaboration with other fields including Data & MarTech, Ad Operations, Planning etc., Extensive digital experience with strategic planning and running large-scale activity across paid search, paid social, programmatic and direct IO media
Proven track record in defining and leading large client relationships and digital marketing campaigns on fast-moving B2C & B2B accounts
Passionate about digital and well versed on the latest industry trends and news
Experience with scaling campaigns and managing different stakeholders across multiple countries / languages
