- Support the Reward team with the submission of salary surveys to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and salary review, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain and analyse market benchmarking data to support competitive compensation strategies.
- Conduct ad hoc financial data analysis using large data sets to provide actionable insights.
- Support the broader transformation of Reward and Benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Ensure data accuracy through rigorous interrogations and validations, maintaining high data integrity.
- Proven experience in compensation analysis, reward management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable but not essential
