    We are in search of a dynamic Reward Analyst to join the team of one of our clients. We need someone who is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and comes with previous experience in a similar role. If this resonates with you, we'd love to hear from you!

    Job Title: Reward Analyst (Advanced Excel)

    Location: London Liverpool Street (hybrid)

    Type: Permanent

    Salary: 35k

    Role Overview:

    As a Reward Analyst, you will report to the commission manager, ensuring accurate calculation and timely processing of bonus and commission payments. Acting as a strategic partner, you will support bonus and commission-related activities to drive profitability and encourage appropriate bonus initiatives. This role will involve extensive interaction with various departments and senior members, requiring credibility and effectiveness.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring timely delivery of bonus and commission payments by monthly deadlines
    • Calculating and processing monthly bonus and commission payments, resolving queries in accordance with established practices
    • Creating MI/League tables on revenue/bonus data to support business decision-making
    • Handling financial modelling requests related to bonus and commission schemes, as well as providing ad-hoc analysis when required
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address issues and implement solutions
    • Identifying and implementing process improvements and changes
    • Participating in ad-hoc projects such as scheme reviews and data analysis

    Experience and Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
    • Ability to connect day-to-day actions with broader business objectives
    • Curiosity to understand team processes and colleagues' perspectives
    • Effective communication of complex information and a diplomatic approach
    • Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, financial modelling, VLOOKUP, macros, VBA, and MATCH functions
