    Job Title: Reward Analyst (Advanced Excel)

    Location: London Liverpool Street (hybrid)

    Permanent Contract

    Role Profile:

    As a Reward Analyst, you'll work closely with the commission manager to ensure accurate calculation and timely processing of bonus and commission payments. You'll act as a key business partner, promoting bonus-related activities and driving profitability. This role involves collaborating with various departments and senior members, demanding credibility and effectiveness in interactions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Delivering bonus and commission payments by monthly deadlines
    • Calculating and processing bonus and commission payments monthly
    • Producing data analysis to support business decisions
    • Performing financial modeling for bonus schemes and ad-hoc requests
    • Collaborating with teams to resolve issues and implement solutions
    • Identifying process improvements and ensuring effective changes
    • Participating in ad-hoc projects and providing analyses

    Experience and Skills:

    Key qualities include strong interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to connect daily activities with business objectives, curious nature to understand team processes, effective communication of complex subjects, and proficiency in Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling.
