    Reward Analyst


    • Type: Permanent
    • Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
    • Bonus: Discretionary bonus with a target of 10% and a maximum of 20%
    • Location: Greater London
    • Commute: Convenient access via the Elizabeth Line and free car parking on site I am working with an international airport who are seeking a Reward Analyst to join the team. Working closely with the Compensation Manager you will be involved to the whole spectrum of reward activities as well as exposure to supporting on project work.
    Key Responsibilities: * Focus primarily on compensation, with occasional cross-over into benefits and pensions

    • Support cyclical reward processes, including annual salary reviews, annual bonuses, and long-term incentive plans
    • Lead gender pay gap, ethnicity pay gap, and CEO Pay Ratio reporting
    • Conduct job evaluation and benchmarking using the Willis Towers Watson survey
    • Collect data and draft reports for the remuneration committee
    • Support the delivery of reward projects
    • Manage salary survey data submissions
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business

    About You:
    * Previous experience in reward and compensation, having completed at least one annual salary review cycle

    • Highly analytical with the ability to handle large data sets
    • Skilled in data manipulation and producing detailed analysis
    • Understanding of the broader reward landscape, including job evaluations
