- Recognised Paediatric Intensive Care qualification
- First degree
- Course in Mentoring and assessing in clinical practice or equivalent
- High level communications skills to enable communicating with distressed families

As the Lead Centre for Paediatric Intensive Care services for the West Midlands, we care for critically ill children from a wide range of specialties including cardiac, ECMO, liver, medical, oncology, renal, surgery, neuro and trauma.
