    Global QA Claims Governance and Controls Consultant

    Global Claims Quality Assurance (QA) is a crucial part of the Global Claims Team. The main goal of the QA team is to aid Claims functions by offering support and expertise for all internal and external claims activities.

    The Global QA Claims Governance and Controls Team oversees the Global Claims Governance & Risk Control Framework. This Internal Control framework plays a vital role in Risk Management, helping management understand and reduce operational risks. It ensures that key internal controls are implemented, documented, assessed, and monitored to mitigate risks effectively.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Assisting in claims' authority process to ensure transparency and adherence to company, regulatory, and group standards.
    • Supporting the delivery of the Global Claims Handling Principles document, ensuring alignment with Group and regulatory standards.
    • Assisting with the maintenance and submission of the Claims Quarterly Operational Risk (OPERA) return.
    • Tracking and reporting Claims Internal Audit related action points to the Claims Leadership Team.
    • Contributing to the production and circulation of the QA Global Claims Quarterly dashboard to provide stakeholders with key insights.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or insurance industry designation desirable.
    • Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in MS Excel/Power Point/Power BI.
    • Additional language skills are a plus.
