    Description

    Finance Manager, Basingstoke, Hybrid, £50,000 - £60,000My client, is seeking a Finance Manager to join a highly successful B2B global business to assist with group consolidations, assisting with monthly adjustments and production of timely accounts.

    What will your responsibilities in the role be?Ensure adherence to financial reporting standards and company accounting policies.

    Monthly consolidation of financial resultsProvide necessary information for interim and annual statutory reporting and tax purposes including work on the preparation of annual statutory accounts.

    Process transactions accurately and timely, reconciling balance sheet accounts monthly and resolving any discrepancies.
    Communicate with various stakeholders to resolve queries and advise on accounting entries.
    Report financial information to central finance, contribute to system and procedural improvements.
    Provide transaction data for analysis and budgeting purposes.
    Liaise with both internal and external audit teams.
    Manage all banking, cash, and treasury operations.

    What experience do you need for the role?ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualified or Part QualifiedStrong IFRS technical skills, UK GAAP an advantageExperience working in a large team with high volume of transactions.

    What else would add to your application?Dynamics AX experience and an advanced user of Excel.
    Self motivated and reliableAbility to manage and motivate a team.
