    Youare aconfident and experienced business development manager.Yourexcellent interpersonal skills mean you are able to easilybuildrelationships with business partners and seize opportunitiesas theyarise. With some experience in the battery storage or energysectoryou will be able to understand the issues facing NorikerPower in itsbusiness development efforts. You have supremeconfidence in yourability to identify a business opportunity anddevelop that into astable source ofrevenue.

    WhatwillI spend my time doing atNoriker

    Workingalongside theSenior Commercial Manager you will take responsibilityfor thecompanys business development goals. Your rolewillinclude:

    • Identifying batterystorage and other relevant opportunities byactively researchingdevelopment and storagecompanies
    • Cultivate andmaintain a strong and targeted network of contactsacross theindustry developing relationships based onmutualbenefit
    • Contribute tothe development and implementation of battery assetprojectsoffering creative solutions to deliver cost efficient andlow carbonsolutions to energy consumers andinfrastructureprojects.
    • Developa strong working understanding of the UK energy servicessectorespecially the technology options and the commercial andregulatorydrivers behind it
    • Cultivatewider business opportunities for growth presenting themattractivelytostakeholders

    • At least 3years of experience in developing business to businessrelationshipsto deliver an effective pipeline of profitablecommercialopportunities
    • Someexperience working in an engineering environment possiblyevenbattery storage
    • Degreequalified in a Business or STEMsubject
    • Strong analyticalskills being able to create a line of defensibledecision makingrelated to opportunities
    • You have demonstrableexperience in lead development and propositionpresentation tostakeholders
    • Mostimportantly you have an internal drive to succeed knowingthat apositive result is the inevitable outcome of hard work.
