- Accountabilities
- Ability to drive creative explorations and stretch creative concepts, from brief to execution with emphasis on big picture vision and concept visualisation
- Understanding packaging, brand design as well as spatial design, and ability to master problem identification
- Partnering with individual brand teams to identify and codify experiential brand language through own-able materials, finishes, colors, lighting, sounds, scents and more.
- Clearly communicating ideas through visualization and effective presentation to cross functional internal and external stakeholders
- Sourcing and engaging external agencies, fabricators, architects, and producers
- Effectively managing timelines and deliverables across multiple projects
- Qualifications
- Strong portfolio which demonstrates breadth of experience and impeccable taste in design
- 6+ Years relevant experience
- BA required in related field (design, visual, industrial design) preferred.
- Driven by curiosity and excitement to discover, explore new technologies and pushing the boundaries of art, design and creativity
- Ability for high exploratory creative process via sketching and concept creation
- Highly proficient in one or more 3D programs (SketchUp, Rhino, 3DS Max, C4D) and in one or more rendering programs (Enscape, Vray, Keyshot)
- Proficient in Adobe CS and able to scale visual design equities to experiences
- Knowledgeable in common production methods, materials, and technologies
- Keen interest in latest trends across pop culture, fashion, art, design, music, and technology
- Excellent communication, written, oral, and visual.
- Self-starter, collaborative and iterative
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of output
- Willing to travel up to 20% of the time
- Experience with any other areas of design a plus: Motion Graphics, Video etc.

The Opportunity
The Brand Experience (Experiential) team is responsible for delivering best-in-class activations for all brands across the PepsiCo portfolio. From major events to LTO influencer kits, from temporary retail displays to permanent stadium installations, the Brand Experience team touches every facet of the design process.
The Mid-Level Designer, Brand Experience is an integral part of the growing Brand Experience team. Under the direction and guidance of the Experience Design Lead, the Senior Designer is responsible for the creative development process from conceptualization through to on-site execution, collaborating closely with cross functional partners both internally and externally. Successful candidates will be agile, curious, entrepreneurial, and most importantly passionate about pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved through design.
