    Description

    A world leading manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Technical Sales Engineer to support their robust global growth.

    This role will be pivotal across Essex, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. In return for your expertise and commitment, they offer on-target commission, a company car, laptop, and mobile phone.     Experience in engineering design would be a plus, and a formal qualification such as HNC or HND would be advantageous.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Utilize engineering expertise to identify and address customers' needs, understanding both technical and budgetary requirements to specify the optimal solution.

    Recognize new application opportunities through in-depth customer interactions and needs assessments.


    Daily Tasks:

    Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer requirementsVisit customers and prospects to discuss technical applicationsProvide pre-sales technical assistance and product educationEstablish and maintain strong relationships with customersIdentify and interpret customer requirements effectivelyPersuade clients that our product best fits their needsWrite technical reports and prepare quotesRecord and maintain customer information and data in the CRM systemNegotiate price, delivery, and termsProvide after-sales supportResearch new industries for potential clientsPrepare quarterly sales reports and sales action plansEnsure sales targets are metAttend trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events as neededIf you are a Technical Sales Engineer in Haverhill or the surrounding areas and are interested in applying for this role but want to know more about the company and culture, why not give Mark a call at Prime Appointments.
