    Description
    Located near Basingstoke, our client is a rapidly growing company seeking an experienced Finance Reporting Manager.

    This position is ideal for a proactive, part or fully qualified accountant ready to take a strategic role within a collaborative team environment, with a clear path to more senior leadership positions.


    Financial Integrity:
    Oversee compliance with international financial reporting standards and adherence to internal accounting policies.
    Manage the monthly consolidation of financial results and the preparation of statutory financial statements.

    Account Reconciliation:
    Regularly reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy of financial reports.

    Audit Liaison:
    Act as the primary contact for internal and external auditors, facilitating audits and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

    Data Analysis:
    Support financial analysis and budgeting processes by providing detailed transaction data.
    As an aspiring or established qualified accountant, you bring strong expertise in financial standards such as IFRS.
