What the day will involve:
- Analyzing the financial statements of insurers and reinsurers
- Generating high-quality research materials on the global reinsurance market
- Collaborating with colleagues in reinsurance solutions to provide innovative advice to insurers on reinsurance, strategy, and capital
- Delivering presentations to clients and colleagues on reinsurance market conditions
- Engaging in strategic discussions with reinsurance buyers and insurance executives

Skills and qualifications for success:
The ideal candidate will showcase:
- Proficiency in non-life insurance accounting (e.g. IFRS 17)
- Excellent academic background
- Strong desire to learn and ambition to become a proficient authority on the reinsurance market
- Advanced analytical skills and familiarity with MS Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- ACA or equivalent professional certification is beneficial
- Foreign language proficiency is advantageous, though not mandatory
