    SURVEYOR (JOB NUMBER: LON2120)


    The Role
    This is a great opportunity for someone to step up and take charge of managing various buildings and assisting with account management. It's a fantastic chance for an enthusiastic individual to shine. As our client base grows, you will be responsible for meeting the goals outlined in the department's business plan.


    Key Responsibilities
    • Handle property onboarding tasks to transfer properties to the client's portfolio and manage costs for the Hubs project
    • Ensure timely delivery of property transfers and Hubs projects according to set KPIs
    • Conduct internal and external inspections at portfolio sites
    • Review, record, and provide recommendations on lease management and client service delivery
    • Take charge of critical dates and flag risks related to property onboarding
    • Complete necessary documentation for onboarding properties to the client's portfolio
    • Offer advice on project delivery and additional services as needed
    • Identify income and costs across the portfolio and support accurate forecasting
    • Maintain an up-to-date database using the established change notes process
    • Provide support to team members when required
    • Deliver high-quality Property Management services to clients and Directors
    • Manage Lease/Tenancy Schedules
    • Communicate regularly with clients, solicitors, and tenants
    • Coordinate with facilities managers, building surveyors, and contractors for repairs and maintenance
    • Prepare reports for client meetings and attend them
    • Monitor and report service charge expenditure
    • Manage income arrears, invoice approvals, property set up, and updates
    • Attend team and department meetings

    Person Specification

    Qualifications
    • RICS Qualified or equivalent work experience
    • Experience with TRAMPS or Horizon accounting packages

    Essential Qualifications & Experience
    • Demonstrated experience in commercial property management with a client-facing background
    • Handling Lease events, rent reviews, and expiries
    • Dealing with tenant applications and providing recommendations
    • Solid Landlord and Tenant knowledge
    • Knowledge of Property Management Accounting
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
