    Your mission is to enable our Wise Platform team to launch new products and partnerships globally, through a deep understanding of the financial crime risk and associated controls for their products.

    You, together with the Wise Platform team and Wise Financial Crime Product team, will be responsible for:

    Support the launch of new products and services by implementing financial crime requirements in a customer-oriented way while fully adhering to regulatory requirements;

    • Ensure that controls scale with the product by developing ongoing review and monitoring processes.
    Keeping Wise and its customers compliant while mitigating the risk of financial crime.

    • Develop smart and scalable ways to support new partnerships while managing associated financial crime risks

    Regulatory risk and remediation:

    • Advise Product and operational teams on how to interpret financial crime regulatory requirements or improve processes to avoid regulatory breaches and/or incidents.
    Problem solving attitude, with the ability to use regulation and best practice knowledge with data to drive business decisions;
    A natural owner, that drives and delivers project from inception to completion, timely and with attention to the details;
    Ability to analyse and interpret complex regulatory frameworks and apply them effectively in a customer centric and scaleable way;
    Willingness to travel, as Wise offices are located across different countries up to 25%; Experience in building a team from the beginning
