    About the Role

    Operating from the modern CitySport site on Goswell Road, the Duty Manager position plays a crucial role within the Senior Team. We seek an individual with strong communication and leadership skills to enhance the team dynamics.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Leisure Supervisor in operational tasks
    • Manage team during shifts
    • Report building faults and incidents
    • Oversee maintenance and update senior team

    The ideal candidate has previous Duty Management experience in a leisure facility, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

    Requirements

    • Experience as a Duty Manager
    • In-date First Aid Certificate
    • Supervisory experience
    • Commitment to exceptional customer service
