- Ensure company vehicles are serviced & maintained within manufacturers recommendations and in accordance with Crozier UK's operator's licence
- Liaise with service agents to ensure minimum fleet downtime.
- Repair vehicles effectively and economically within a reasonable time frame.
- Deliver and collect trucks from MOT testing centres and repair shops
- Order stock parts for fleet vehicles and plant equipment.
- Assist with the design and evolution of new vehicle specification working directly with our Technical Operations Manager.
- Assist with project management of new vehicle procurement.
- Project checking on new vehicle acquisitions, maintenance and compliance
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance on all company vehicles
- Oversee Congestion Charge account
- Oversee the London Borough Transport Scheme for vehicles 18ton GVW+
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks as required by your manager
- Ensure that all drivers/ technicians are compliant with statutory requirements working with our Technical Services Manager
- Ensure any tachograph infringements are understood, communicated and signed off by the relevant drivers working with our Technical Services Manager
- Ensure the company is compliant with its operator's licence terms
- Ensure that all relevant legal requirements of the operator's licence are understood, communicated and carried out
- Ensure digital and analogue tachograph data is analysed quarterly
- Complete all necessary paperwork if Crozier vehicles are involved in accidents
- Liaise with motor insurance providers regarding claims
- Experience running fleet vehicles
- Experience within the fine arts industry would be extremely advantageous
- Experience repairing fleet vehicles & plant & equipment.
- Experience of Health & Safety in the work place.
- Attention to detail

JOB SUMMARY
Crozier UK is looking for a UK Fleet and Compliance Manager to join the team which we see as a pivotal position responsible for ensuring the efficient operations and maintenance of company vehicles.You will be working with and reporting directly to the Technical Services Manager. The role includes working with our Transport Planning team and Technical teams on overseeing all aspects of fleet management, including servicing, repairs, compliance with regulations and procurement.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet management, strong mechanical aptitude and an eye for detail. The role includes the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders including our technical team, management and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of our fleet while upholding compliance and optimising efficiency.
