    Job Description

    Our client, a top player in power generation, is offering a great chance for you to become their HR Business Partner.

    You will report to the HR Director and work at the main offices in central London.

    As the HR Business Partner, your main role is to offer HR advice to the organization, collaborating with Senior Managers and Directors to steer the People Agenda, ensuring it aligns with our objectives and creating HR solutions that boost business success.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Developing suitable people strategies and a people agenda.
    • Analyzing HR data to spot trends and gain insights for decision-making.
    • Managing headcount, including workforce planning and employee engagement.
    • Creating and executing a talent strategy involving performance management, learning & development, recruitment, and succession planning.
    • Implementing feedback from the annual employee engagement survey.

    What we're looking for:

    • Experience in large organizations within utilities, construction, or engineering sectors.
    • Skilled in managing the requirements of a large organization as an HR Business Partner.
    • Proven track record in leading HR initiatives, organizational development, and change management.
    • Thorough understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
    • CIPD or degree qualification.
    • Familiarity with SAP and PowerBI is a plus.

    Please note: this is an onsite role for the initial 6 months, transitioning to a hybrid model after, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
