    We have a global membership who have designed many of theworld's iconic structures as well as many of the buildings and bridges wetake almost for granted in our daily lives.

    Creating safer structures forthe benefit of the public is at the heart of our remit and this includesenvironmental sustainability with structural engineers and the Institutionat the heart of the impact construction has on natural resources andclimate change.

    Many of our members work to support the world's mostvulnerable communities, especially those living in places prone to naturalhazards such as earthquakes and extreme flooding.

    The Role:


    You'll oversee the day-to-day marketing operation – including thework of two Digital Marketing Executives and key channels like emailmarketing and the online shop.

    You'll make sure that the marketingservice provided to clients is proactive, collaborative, and deliversquality results.
    You'll run your own campaigns for strategically importantactivities, manage campaign budgets and own the relationship with our paidsearch agency.

    Regular reporting to client teams and other stakeholders isimportant, so you'll need to make sure that you have the systems andprocesses in place to monitor and report on channel and campaignperformance.

    This is a key role and the right candidate will be able toshape and evolve the marketing function.

    To be shortlisted for this post,you must have:

    • Demonstratable knowledge and understanding of digitalmarketing.
    • Experience of working to targets and reporting regularly onprogress.
    • Experience of managing and leading a small team.
    Experience ofCRM driven systems, segmentation, email automation and mass personalisationwould be advantageous.
