    Customer Experience Specialist - United Kingdom - The Ardonagh Group

    Description
    We have 2 remote based positions which will manage complex or critical ER cases, TUPE situations and change management.

    Long term absences, disability and medical capability

    Understanding of employment legislation and how it impacts company policies
    Experience of writing company policies, procedures and guidance materials
