    Description

    Our client, a prominent developer and manager of Purpose Built Student Accommodation in the UK and Ireland, is looking for an Asset Manager in London to join their team. This role involves managing and enhancing the performance of a vast portfolio of assets by implementing innovative ideas to add value.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Support the Head of Asset Management in proactively managing PBSA assets in the UK and Ireland.
    • Identify initiatives, develop business plans, and execute strategies to increase asset value throughout their lifecycle.
    • Assist with internal and external reporting, client communication, and managing consultants.
    • Conduct research to ensure informed decision-making and preparation of recommendations.
    • Implement ESG strategies aligned with company objectives.
    • Collaborate on the integration of Generation brand standards.
    • Align asset management strategy with investor goals.
    • Assist in the acquisition process.

    **Qualifications & Qualities:**

    • Degree in a relevant field.
    • MRICS qualification preferred, with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
    • Previous experience in Asset Management, particularly in operational real estate and PBSA sector.
    • Knowledge of repositioning projects is advantageous.
    • Background in real estate consultancy/service provider or client-side roles.
    • Ability to analyze cashflows.
    • Open-minded, driven, and dedicated to advancing your career.
