    Lead Delivery Manager
    London (Hybrid Working)
    Permanent
    Full Time

    As a Lead Delivery Manager in Technology, you will be responsible for delivering high-value, complex initiatives across all areas of technology.

    You will manage risks, issues, and budget, and ensure that initiatives are delivered to schedule, budget, scope, and the highest quality standards.

    Lead and manage the delivery of multiple technology initiatives, ranging from £3-7m, across different domains and platforms


    • Define and implement the delivery strategy, approach, and plan, and ensure that initiatives follow the best practices and standards of project management
    • Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, communication, and risks, and proactively resolve any issues or conflicts that arise
    • Coordinate and collaborate with the delivery teams, third parties, and other delivery managers, and ensure that the dependencies, interdependencies, and integration points are identified and managed
    • Provide regular and transparent reporting and status updates to the senior management and governance boards
    • Drive the adoption of agile and lean methodologies, tools, and techniques, and foster a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement within the delivery teams and the wider technology function
    g Mulesoft, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Azure


    • Experience of delivery in large complex organisations, such as FTSE 250 companies or top tier professional services
    • Strong leadership and management skills, and ability to inspire and empower the delivery teams
    • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong planning, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
    • Experience and ownership of budget and financial benefits tracking for initiatives
