    Global Procurement Lead Travel, Meetings & Cards - Iconic Household FTSE 100 Brand –– Location: central London - £95,000 + Car + Bonus + LTIs + Shares

    With a colossal annual spend the firm is now in need of an innovative and skilled Procurement Specialist to identify cost/productivity improvement opportunities in Travel, Meetings & Cards spending.

    As a key member of the Procurement Leadership team, reporting into the VP Procurement you will be a central figure in building organisational capability and functional excellence to support growth.

    You will act as a Business Partner to senior internal customers and leaders across the business and understanding their business drivers and needs in the context of the company strategy.

    Global Procurement Lead Travel, Meetings & Cards role profile:
    • Create and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies for travel and meetings with clear and detailed 3
    • year execution plans to deliver value.
    Lead executive level supplier relationships with key suppliers to deliver value, innovation, drive performance and ESG targets.

    Making significant contributions to the wider Procurement agenda, actively participating in the Global Procurement Steering Group and Procurement Leadership Team.

    Being a credible and insightful manager to your experienced Procurement team, coaching best-practice strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, and supplier relationship management SRM.

    Playing a key role in the implementation of the Firm's new P2P tool (Ariba) and wider Procurement transformation.

    Track record of successfully leading teams of experienced Procurement professionals at a strategic level is essential.
