Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Manager at Preston Baker in Leeds. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for running the team who provide call handling and outbound business generation for our dedicated team of 20+ asssociates.
You will be responsible in helping to develop the technology that we use to enhance client experience
You will be responsible to mentor new recruits and teach them the fundamentals of estate agency call handling and proactive activity
You will be responsible to ensure a high level of productivity from a team of 5-8 FTE.
You will take the lead on new projects in our centralised client services team
Qualifications
