Business Development Manager (£55k – 70K)

We are working with a UK law firm who are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to manage their top-ranked Real Estate group.

In this high-profile role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business development initiatives aimed at building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, winning new work and positioning the firm as a leading group.

Responsibilities:
Deliver marketing and business development opportunities with existing and new clients
Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns and events designed to raise firms profile and win new business in key sectors and specific focus areas
Supporting the development and management of regular reporting on the performance and ROI
Work on the group's key client relationships and client targeting programmes
Work with the wider BD team in relation to communications and thought leadership including creating a targeted strategy to raise the profile
Advise on pitch qualification and strategy
Compiling, sharing and implementing methods of working to ensure "best practice" across the Industry Group
Staying up to date with current and emerging issues / trends

The successful candidate will have solid Marketing & Business Development experience within the legal sector, preferably at manager level.
