    Trinity House Group is retained to recruit a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join a rapidly growing privately owned company on the verge of a significant transformation.

    With the successful integration of two acquisitions and a strong track record of organic growth, they are now poised for even greater success as they navigate through a change of ownership process led by Private Equity investors.

    As they embark on this journey, I am seeking an experienced and visionary CTO to lead their technological evolution.
    As CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company's technology landscape.

    You will be responsible for devising and implementing a comprehensive IT strategy roadmap that aligns with their business objectives and accelerates their growth trajectory.

    This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic vision and the ability to drive change in a dynamic environment.


    CTO Role:
    Take ownership of the design and execution of the company's IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

    Lead and manage a team of IT professionals (in house and outsourced), fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    Drive the integration of disparate teams resulting from mergers, acquisitions and organizational changes, fostering a cohesive and high-performing IT department.

    Implement improvements to infrastructure and cyber security, ensuring the integrity, scalability and reliability of the firms technology systems.
    Collaborate with senior leadership to assess technological risks and opportunities, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.

    Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all matters related to technology, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.


    CTO Requirements:
    Proven experience in developing and executing IT strategies in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
    Demonstrated success in leading technological transformations, including changes in ownership, mergers, and acquisitions.
    Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to embrace change and drive results.
    Deep expertise in infrastructure and cyber security, with a track record of implementing best practices and mitigating risks.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.


    CTO Package:
    £110,000 base£6,000 car allowance£20% bonus
