    The Portland Hospital - Loan Kit Coordinator

    • Location: London, W1W 5AH
    • Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, Shifts between 0700 and 1800
    • Contract: Permanent
    • Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits, and excellent career development)

    We're seeking a Loan Kit Coordinator to join the Materials team at The Portland Hospital. This is a crucial role overseeing the end-to-end management of all loan kits required for procedures within the hospital environment.

    While some may view this position as just a role within our Materials team, to us, you'll be an integral part of a broader team with a unique sense of purpose, dedicated to improving lives on a daily basis.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Liaise with the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) / Company representative immediately in case of missing instruments or prosthesis
    • Prior experience in Materials management is essential, with a strong preference for a background in medical surgical products/equipment or Theatre
