    Asset Servicing Overview

    BNY Mellon's Asset Servicing business is dedicated to supporting clients' investments and safeguarding their assets worldwide.     Job Title: Client Relationship Manager at BNY Mellon

    Responsibilities:

    • Client Management:
      • Build client relationships predominantly through RM interactions.
      • Assist with internal deal coordination and serve as a liaison between product groups and the RM for tailored solutions.
      • Liaise with internal contacts to ensure client inquiries are addressed accurately and timely.
      • Assist with client presentation preparation.
      • Act as a liaison with Corporate Marketing for BNY Mellon's materials presented to clients.
    • Client Strategy:
      • Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing revenue streams.
      • Ensure the highest level of customer service through research, analytics, and coordination.
      • Achieve organic growth goals within assigned client portfolio.
      • Prepare and maintain divisional reports and business overviews.
      • Identify opportunities for account growth and promote firm services/product offerings.
    • Administrative:
      • Maintain the CRM database ensuring data integrity.
      • Research, present, and implement client account plans.
      • Update client information based on Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Years of work experience in Relationship Management, Client Services, or Account Management.
    • Local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
