    Description

    Salter Grange is recruiting an experienced and talented Technical Services Coordinator to join a high-performing team on a Data Centre project in London.

    The successful Technical Services Coordinator will join early doors during preconstruction and bring the project to the site for what will be an 80-week program for a strategically important client who is expanding across London.

    The ideal Technical Services Coordinator would have worked with a large subcontractor or have an existing Main Contracting background, having managed sizable MEP Packages while working for reputable contractors.

    As a Technical Services Coordinator, you will ensure all building services activities is coordinated with other construction activities from specification and procurement through to installation, testing and commissioning.


    Technical Services Coordinator Responsibilities:
    Coordinate temporary M&E requirements for site set-up/project duration.
    Drive MEPS Subcontractor Health & Safety performance through the weekly technical services meeting.
    Manage the production/approval of technical submittals/samples from the MEPS subcontractors in line with the programme and specification requirements.
    Manage the flow of information between MEPS Subcontractors and the project team.


    Technical Services Coordinator Requirements:


    Third level qualification in Building Services Degree or Building Services Related Diploma or Qualified Trade (M or E) or related discipline.

    Proven track record of seeing projects through to completion.
