- Build strong client relationships
- Deal with client and member queries (verbal and written), with support as appropriate in line with service level agreements to ensure timely client delivery
- Manage Client renewals and identify growth opportunities
- Provide solution based problem solving
- Adhere to varying regulations for compliance and audit purposes
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, colleagues and providers
- Partner with internal/ external stakeholders to achieve best service for client
- Ensure quality of own work
- Develop and maintain appropriate technical and market knowledge
- Support revenue reporting activity as appropriate
- Previous client service or sales experience within a professional office setting
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Proven ability to work on own and as a team player, establishing good rapport with clients and colleagues
- Excellent time management and planning/organisational skills, ability to work to deadlines
- Previous Employee Benefits or Financial Services based experience (not essential)
