    Job Description

    We have an exciting opportunity to join one of London's top NHS providers of FCP Physiotherapy. You'll be part of a dedicated team that offers strong support for your professional development. The role involves working as an FCP within an innovative team led by experienced FCP's and Extended Scope Physiotherapists.

    This position allows you to be part of a primary care network and work in Homerton's Outpatient therapy service, focusing on rehabilitation.

    Main Duties of the Job

    • Provide clinical expertise as a first contact Physiotherapist managing musculoskeletal patients.
    • Work towards completing the Health Education England FCP roadmap stages 1 and 2.
    • Contribute to clinical education and quality improvement projects.
    • Develop supervision and mentorship skills.

    The recruitment process involves a two-stage interview: a written test followed by an interview for shortlisted candidates.

    • Level 7/MSc courses/FCP competencies

      • Desirable

      • Awareness of FCP competency framework
      • IRMER qualification in progress
      • CSP membership
      • Working towards relevant Master's level qualification

      • Specialist MSK assessment skills/clinical reasoning at Level 7
      • Management of complex caseloads
