    Description
    Employment Solicitor (NQ – 2 yrs PQE), £50 - £65k doe, hybrid + benefits.

    A phenomenal opportunity to join a top-tier, Chambers-ranked law firm as an Employment solicitor working with a team of experienced professionals.

    Providing counsel to both employers and employees on various employment issues such as disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, absences, contract drafting, settlement agreements, TUPE transfers, and legal proceedings, duties include as follows:

    Work closely with partners and senior lawyers to develop client relationship skills.
    Effectively scope and price work, under supervision
    take responsibility for aspects of BD projects within the department.
    Take responsibility for aspects of business development projects in the department.
    Begin to develop a network of clients, contacts, and potential referrers; attend relevant networking events.
    Manage time recording, WIP monitoring and billing consistently on own and others' files and matters.
    NQ to 2 yrs PQE in Employment Law
    Enjoy relationship building.
