    About you:

    We're on the hunt for a Digital Marketer who loves building brands and driving acquisition and sales via the digital channels. You need to be strategic, and data driven but relatability to understand consumer motivations and creative optimisation. At MOTH we are a small, dynamic team but we are growing quickly with rapid international expansion.

    The Role:

    You will take on ownership of digital acquisition at MOTH, the most talked about global brand in RTD, and help build the MOTH Brand, D2C and Amazon sales channels.

    You will be working as part of the Digital (Ecommerce) Team with close relationships with wider internal sales and marketing teams along with external agency partners.

    You will be responsible for leading digital acquisition strategy and execution, across D2C Ads Campaigns, Amazon Marketplace Advertising and SEO to drive maximum efficiency.

    You will be based in our dog friendly office in Paddington with an 'in more than out' working policy.

    What will you be doing:
    DIGITAL ADS MANAGEMENT

    • Design, deliver and maintain digital acquisition strategy and campaign deployment to support departmental and business objectives across UK & US.
    • Lead relationship with agency partners deploying comprehensive digital media campaigns across platforms such as Paid search,
    • Paid social and Google Ads, ensuring alignment with the company's sales targets and brand strategy.
    • Champion creative ad asset optimisation by working with internal and external teams to ensure all creative requirements are met.
      Manage Amazon Marketplace acquisition strategy and ads management.

    SEO

    • Lead relationship with SEO Agency Partner to define and implement optimisations.
      Work with external development partners on implementation of technical SEO recommendations.
    • Implement SEO content best practices to increase organic search visibility and drive relevant traffic to the website.
    • Drive awareness with internal teams of keyword strategy and ensure deployment.

    DATA MANAGEMENT

    • Lead on data management within the digital team, including attribution modelling, traffic analysis and reporting.
      Drive analysis of acquisition efficiencies across all channels and in response to understanding of CLTV and wider ecommerce strategy. Defining meaningful insights inform wider team actions.
    • Understand and monitor changes to the regulatory requirements and risk environment, drive team awareness and act to maintain compliance.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years in a Digital Marketing Role
    • Proven experience in managing digital ads across platforms including Google and Meta (including experience building and deploying campaigns)
    • Proven experience in paid Amazon media campaign management
    • Proven experience deploying SEO strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and disciplines, internally and externally.
    • Self-sufficient and be able to operate effectively, solve problems and push ideas beyond accepted norms.
    • Start Up Experience ideally in FMCG (Desired, But Not Essential)

      Excel
