    Description

    This isn't just another Commercial Manager job for another Food & Fresh produce business, this is an opportunity to come in and make your mark, set the agenda and drive change.

    This is a business looking to build on it's solid foundations and many years as an industry leader and move on to the next stage of it's evolution.

    You'll be working closely with some very experienced and talented names in the industry who will no doubt be vital in shaping your direction in the business and future career progression.

    Working closely with the Commercial Director and senior management to develop a comprehensive sales strategy, you'll be setting goals, defining targets and creating plans to achieve revenue and profit objectives.

    Monitoring and analysing sales performance will also play a part of course, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.

    Setting the pricing and promotional plan for each customer range and leading negotiations with customers will see you customer facing and bring your sales and negotation skills to life.

    You'll have a background in Food & Fresh produce, with plenty of experience dealing with the major retailers and a track record of developing and delivering profitable sales and profit growth through your strong selling and influencing skills.
