    About the role

    This role is for an Event Producer, working across our global project portfolio, focusing on brand activation and experiential events. You will lead projects from concept through to fulfilment, overseeing a team and liaising directly with key stakeholders and clients. The role requires extensive experience of project and event management within either the live events or experiential sector.

    Responsibilities

    • Create key relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal Far and Beyond departments
    • To project manage a varied portfolio of multiple projects
    • To deliver projects to the highest of standards, acting as the main point of contact for all day to day requirements
    • To work alongside a creative team in order to fulfil a client's brief, or to present a creative vision
    • Set & lead meetings, manage project plans and work to project timelines
    • To ensure alignment with all internal FAB departments, including finance and recruitment, as well as stakeholders and clients
    • To deliver events and experiential activations to the highest of standards, with a knowledge of operational best practice and safety regulations
    • Liaison with client and key stakeholders
    • Work on and fulfil RFP's and pitches for potential projects
    • To assist with project costings & budgeting
    • Travel within UK and abroad for site visits and meetings with clients in person as needed
    • Lead on and contribute to pitch work for new and potential clients. This includes structuring wording and responses into company decks and response decks as well as building budgets and BOQs as required
    • Reports into Head of Commercial, but may also take direction from the Managing Director and Leadership team (as well as the various Project Managers when working on project-based roles)
    • To act as the FAB representative on respective projects: representing FAB in the best possible light at all times, maintaining the FAB ethos and culture throughout
    • All work should be completed to a high standard and in line with Far and Beyond's brand guidelines, utilising templates, logos and company fonts across all documentation.
    • As with all roles within the company, you will occasionally be required to fulfil other roles within projects as needed. For example, you may be asked to fulfil a role within artist liaison, accreditation, etc
    • Travel within UK and abroad for site visits, meetings and potentially some onsite work (as needed)

    About you

    • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing projects or production processes, showcasing a track record holding budgets, managing external clients and delivering results.
    • Ability to thrive in a self-directed environment, adept at simultaneously managing multiple processes, including budget oversight, without compromising quality or timelines.
    • Strong organisational skills enabling the coordination of tasks, resources, and timelines to ensure project success and efficiency.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with leadership, external clients manage and motivate teams, resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative environment.
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, exhibiting resilience and adaptability to changing project demands.
    • You will act as a role model for Far and Beyond's values and will work with the team to ensure these are embedded into everything we do.
    • Familiarity or proficiency with software/tools relevant to Far and Beyond: Google Workspace, Slack, Whatsapp, etc.
    • Live Events and Music experience
    • Experience collaborating with diverse teams or departments, demonstrating an ability to navigate and integrate perspectives from various stakeholders and clients
    • Proven ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to challenges, enhancing project efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Eagerness for ongoing learning and skill development, reflecting a commitment to staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
    • Willingness to travel abroad for work, and spend periods of time away from home to manage projects.

    Salary

    £50,000 (pro rata)

    Contract Type & Length

    Between 3 -5 days per week required

    Fixed term contract until end of August 2024, with possibility of extension

    Start Date

    ASAP - to be agreed

    Location

    Working from our London office (central) 5 days a week; but travel as required for projects and meetings

    Working Hours

    Generally Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm or 10am – 6pm, and additional hours as needed.
