    Business Development Executive – Major Drinks Brand

    Exeter/Plymouth

    • £30,000 - £38,000 Basic Salary
    • 20% Bonus

    Background:

    This business really does have it all Founded in 1987 in Europe, these guys have seen significant growth ever since then and now hold a market share of 38% in the soft drinks category. They are one of the top 10 FMCG brands in the UK.

    Culturally, these guys live and breathe their brand, in fact you can feel the passion oozing out of them when you get them talking about their product. With sport events, sport sponsorships and festivals you'll feel part of this great team and love coming to work every day.

    Opportunity:

    The business is well recognised within the On and Off-Trade market. The team are fantastic and have created a real buzz for the product - they now need someone to maintain the relationships they have built outside of London and take them to the next level, creating further growth opportunities.

    This is not your average Territory Sales Manager role; it's about building the brand and creating a lasting relationship with your groups and ultimately help grow the business.

    It may be a big responsibility, but the right person will see this as an exciting chance to make a name for themselves in the industry, you'll continuously develop your career, so ambition means you could progress very fast.

    You:

    We want someone who knows the market in South Wales and has a real passion for the Out of Home channel. This role will see you out in the field, building relationships with key accounts, bring the brand life and be a key decision maker for the business. This role is not for the faint hearted, these guys expect a lot and the stakes are high.

    These are the musts:

    • Business Development or Sales background.
    • Ooze huge amounts of passion for the brand.
    • Strong negotiation skills – able to land new listings and win new accounts on a regular basis.
    • To have excellent communication skills as you'll be liaising with clients daily
    • A fun and bubbly person.
    • Able to identify and make the most of new business opportunities within your incumbent account base.
    • Ambition – you thrive within a fast-paced environment and want to grow within your career
