    IT PRODUCT OWNERS - NEW ROLE ALERT

    To work with a household name that will open many doors

    £350-550PD DOE INSIDE

    HYBRID/LONDON

    Start in May

    You will work closely within a team of 8 IT Product Managers leading the global deployment of Windows 10 22H2 30,000+ endpoints. This will include the coordination of building the all machines, support the QA testing before releases, coordinate the change management - developing communications & training, analysis of end point analytics for feedback to boost continuous improvement.

    Pipeline projects include the ideation and planned roll-out of Windows 11. There will be a further 8-9 projects in the pipeline that will be operational, pre-planned and to be released in the next 12 months, every 4 months there will be new releases pushed out into 2 weekly sprints.

    Together you will run multiple phases of testing, iterating new features/fixes/lessons learned into each release, and ultimately receiving IT leadership sign-off to go-live with both the image and upgrade of products. Rinse, repeat and do it better every time.

    As a IT Product Owner, the team are looking for someone proactive, resilient and have the foresight to conduct themselves with gravitas. With that, measured analytical thinking is a must - a measure twice and cut once approach is non negotiable.

    Do get in touch if you have these skills:

    • Knowledge in Intune/Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for device management, MS Office tools and how to effectively release latest Microsoft Windows to 30k+ users.
    • Be collaborative in business reviews and what IT roadmap is needed for the year ahead, suggest options to expand, including insight into scalability of the current model
    • 3+ years exp in Agile Delivery for IT Product Management for Microsoft products
    • Proven skills in enabling teams and supporting them in being successful using IT
    • Device Upgrades - Patch management/ third party updates
    • Product Roadmapping / Deployment
    • Agile Delivery
