    Company Overview:

    Redimeer are recruiting for a Emerging Market Corporate Debt sales candidate to join a leading private investment firm based in the heart of London, specialising in global markets and alternative investments. Our firm is dedicated to delivering innovative investment solutions to our clients, empowering them to navigate and capitalise on opportunities in emerging markets.

    Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Emerging Market Corporate Debt Sales candidate. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint in emerging market corporate debt, forging strong relationships with institutional clients, and driving revenue growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote emerging market corporate debt products to institutional clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, and insurance companies.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their investment objectives and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
    • Identify and prospect new business opportunities, conducting thorough market research and analysis to target potential clients.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including research analysts and traders, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with market trends and investment strategies.
    • Deliver compelling presentations and pitch materials to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
    • Stay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and geopolitical events impacting emerging market corporate debt, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
    • Monitor and analyse client feedback and market trends, identifying areas for product innovation and business growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or CFA designation is a plus.
    • Proven experience in sales or relationship management within the financial services industry, with a focus on fixed income products and emerging markets preferred.
    • Strong understanding of emerging market corporate debt instruments, including bonds, loans, and credit derivatives.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
    • Strategic thinker with a keen attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant financial software applications.
