- You will work with our team of five people using the PayCircle payroll employee platform to run client payrolls.
- Possess a good understanding of payroll and pension processes, including familiarity with relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
- Execute payroll and pension procedures accurately, covering tasks such as timesheet input, processing payroll cycles, managing pension amendments and handling auto enrolment.
- Maintain up to date documentation and operating procedures for all payroll and pension related processes.
- Liaise with clients on their needs and be able to deal with their queries.
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience within a Payroll or Pensions team in a transactional environment
- CIPP Quals (desirable)
- CIS reporting (desirable)
