- Accurately create all new job packs on / off hires on InspHire. New job packs need to be created one week in advance or as soon as the order is received.
- Ensure all InspHire jobs completed by the operatives are checked and compliant. Pass any errors to Depot Supervisor / Depot Manager.
- Request, monitor and chase when necessary, all requested TM CAD Drawings.
- Provide full customer service support and proactively answer customer enquiries.
- Verify sales run for smooth invoicing.
- Dedicated resource for nominated clients.
- Complete and maintain live Ops Boards daily.
- Complete Job Requests via customer portals.
- Ensure client KPI's are met.
- Assist Agents / GTM TM Operatives in gaining ETA's and report on any potential issues to the Depot Managers.
- Cross check between Mod+ Forms and InspHire for any anomolies and to ensure correct invoicing.
- Check site clears from the previous night each morning to ensure all equipment has been lifted and accurately feedback to our clients.
- Reconcile 'What's Out Where' Reports for allocated clients.
- Liaise with sub-contractors for assistance with works.
- Liaise with your colleagues within the team and assist each other when necessary to ensure everybody's workload is completed by close of play.
- Pass any errors to the relevant Depot Supervisor / Depot Manager.
- Inform Depot Supervisor / Depot Manager of any upcoming ped / high speed jobs upon receipt.
- Self organisation and prioritising – job holder should demonstrate the ability to organise their work in such a way that tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Record keeping – job holder should be able to demonstrate records of work undertaken and completed as well as work in progress.
- Use of work tools – job holder should demonstrate competence using all work tools.
- Initiative and confidence – job holder should be able to demonstrate a willingness to contribute new ideas to improve things and should be able to determine when to refer a matter to someone else or whether to deal with it themselves.
