    Description

    We are looking for a seasoned marketing operations professional to help us build, measure, optimise and scale our marketing programs to drive growth.

    In this role, you'll be responsible for measuring and evaluating marketing performance, supporting demand and integrated marketing campaigns and maintaining overall marketing processes, technology, and workflows.

    The successful applicant will report directly to the EMEA and India Marketing Director.
    Collaboratively create, monitor, and maintain Dynamics Marketing campaigns
    Work with global functions to ensure system and data integrity and best practice
    Work with sales and sales operations to manage the lead routing processes for EMEA
    Ensure adherence to automation and database policies, practices and protection regulations
    Maintain systems documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions
    Manage any Dynamics Marketing or related database technical or process issues
    Monitor and review campaign performance and use findings to inform future campaigns
    5+ years' experience working in marketing operations
    ~ Experience working with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms - ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365
    ~ Knowledge of GDPR and other local data and electronic communication laws are essential.
    ~ A good understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.
    ~ Has strong project management skills and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
    ~ Strong English skills, both written and verbal
