    Who we are looking for:
    We are looking for a sales professional and business leader with a demonstrable track record in software and solution selling. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, high energy, natural relationship builder with strong leadership credentials. If successful, you will be responsible for selling bespoke custom software development professional services and AWS-based software solutions.

    You will lead sales opportunity pursuits into existing and new Public Sector, Non-profit and Commercial customers. You will be responsible for developing your own accounts and new business pursuits, and for selling through existing sector-focused sales, solutions and client services teams who already manage a number of existing enterprise customer accounts .

    Your main responsibilities will include: achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets, opportunity prospecting, sales qualification, construction, execution and leadership of complex selling campaigns, virtual team management, pipeline management and accurate sales forecasting. This will include owning the sales functions contributions to proposition/bid writing involved in the response to structured procurement processes.

    Required Experience:

    • 10+ years of demonstrable success in selling professional services and cloud software based solutions to enterprise level customers

    • Extensive experience of leading major sales campaigns, involving C-suite level engagement and influence, culminating in deal values between £500k - £10M+

    • Extensive experience of selling custom software design, development and build solutions

    • Extensive experience of selling AWS-based software solutions

    • Extensive experience of successfully building, managing and executing opportunity, account and territory/sector sales plans

    • Evidence of building sustainable sales success through a consultative, relationship-based sales approach

    • Strong verbal and written communications skills

    Desirable experience:

    • Educated to Degree level

    • Wider software sales experience – for example including success in selling the Microsoft cloud-based software solutions.

    • Wider experience of the IT industry enabling you to productively participate in Kerv group cross-selling initiatives, focused on delivering the full Kerv group portfolio and value-add into our customer base.
