    Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm

    We're seeking a meticulous Financial Officer to ensure seamless financial operations across our Trust. Your role will involve precisely allocating income, managing credit card expenses, and completing bank reconciliations in a timely manner. Ensuring that compliance is followed with related policies and controls. Plus, maintaining a professional and responsive service to Trust schools and staff.

    This is an important role that requires someone who is calm and works under pressure to ensure the timely, accurate and compliant processing of data.

    Experience in finance would be advantageous, but we encourage applications from those with a strong, proven administration background as full training will be given.

    There are many advantages to working for us including 26 days' annual leave (rising to 31 after 5 years service) plus bank holidays, access to a government pension scheme, sick pay scheme, cycle-to-work scheme and employee assistance helpline

    Hours: 37 hours per week – whilst ideally this is a full time role working 37 hours per week all year round, we will also consider applicants who would be interested in a part time role (please provide details of any preferred working patterns to support discussion at interview).
