- Providing administrative support to the Human Resources team as needed.
- Managing HR ticketing system as first point of contact.
- Assisting in preparation of records and onboarding.
- Assisting with personnel changes such as new hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
- Departmental filing and compliance.
- Assisting with payroll and on boarding.
- Other tasks and projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited university with a minimum of 1-3 years' experience in Human Resources or similar supporting role.
- A can-do attitude with customer orientation and strong dependability.
- Acute attention to detail with excellent problem resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands.
- The ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Salary: $60,000-$70,000 per year
