    HR Coordinator

    About the role

    Passionate about Human Resources? Your next role will support the HR team in all departmental aspects. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and personable HR Coordinator who can help us with onboarding, process management, and more. Based in our modern Irvine office you will be the backbone of our HRefficiency.

    What you'll be doing

    As part of the People Team, you'll help to ensure our employees are supported. At all levels, the team will rely on your skills and efficiency to keep processes and procedures moving forward. It's a role with a lot of variety, and day-to-day, you'llmainly be involved with:

  • Providing administrative support to the Human Resources team as needed.
  • Managing HR ticketing system as first point of contact.
  • Assisting in preparation of records and onboarding.
  • Assisting with personnel changes such as new hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
  • Departmental filing and compliance.
  • Assisting with payroll and on boarding.
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned.

  • Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited university with a minimum of 1-3 years' experience in Human Resources or similar supporting role.
  • A can-do attitude with customer orientation and strong dependability.
  • Acute attention to detail with excellent problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands.
  • The ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
