    Principal consultants are SME experts in tech and business domains and provide high level consulting & strategy supporting our business create value for our customers.

    Become a trusted advisor to your client portfolio:

  • Build and own account strategy with the client directors to engage c-suite, ensuring we understand, measure and deliver value & business outcomes on our engagements
  • Proposals, pitches, co-creating the teams (with talent, delivery & sales), leading and shaping engagements with our community of lead associates.
  • Providing strategic consulting, SME around business and tech supporting customers achieve their strategic business goals.
  • Provide thought leadership to customers and market, blogs, white papers, events around Data, Cloud & platforms and ways of working.
  • Co-create new offerings to support our customers achieve better business outcomes & creating value

    • What we are looking for:

  • Experience & love of building c-suite relationships, creating and measuring value & business outcomes.
  • Experience presenting, writing proposals & building effective teams to leverage the best outcomes.
  • SME expert in tech (cloud, platforms & data), business (large enterprises; public sector or financial services) with the ability to understand business challenges and map that back to business value.
  • Comfortable creating & delivering thought leadership work
  • Inquisitive with a desire to solve problems by creating new offerings unlocking value.
  • Metrics for success: utilisation, upselling / cross selling, creating community of practice, collateral, patterns & delivery / extensions
    60% utilisation

    Create practices, strategy, collateral, and patterns within specialism.
